Standard Lettuces

Baby Romaine
Romaine lettuce cut approximately 3-4 inches from top. Medium crunch and velvet leaves.

Chef’s Blend
Blend of romaine, red leaf, and different varietals, depending on the season.

Mustard Mesclun Mix
Tangy and bold.

Mesclun Mix
May include lettuces, spinach, arugula (rocket or roquette), Swiss chard (silver beet), mustard, endive, dandelion, frisée, mizuna, mâche (lamb's lettuce), radicchio, sorrel or other leaf vegetables.

Red Lion/Red Leaf Blend
Blend of red leaf lettuces, with more of a sweet taste.

Great Lakes Soft
Bright green soft lettuce. Not a heavy lettuce.

Basil grown and blended with romaine.

Raspberry Rumex Mix
Tangy and sweet with a raspberry finish.

Dill Lettuce
Dill grown and blended with romaine or buttercrunch.

Buttercrunch Chive
Buttercrunch lettuce mixed with chives that are grown into the lettuce.

Lemon Romaine
Growing lemon basil with romaine to give a citrus finish to the lettuce.

Sweet Red Lion
For a sweeter lettuce mix, stevia is mixed with red lion lettuce.
